What you'll see on a profile
Section 1
Police check (uploaded)
Nannies may upload a local police check. Review the document, date, and jurisdiction yourself—we do not verify it for you.
- Ask for the original or certified copy if needed
- Confirm it covers childcare or general clearance as you require
- Check expiry and renewal dates
Section 2
ID (uploaded)
Government ID may appear on a profile after the nanny uploads it. Confirm identity in your own screening process.
- Match ID name to profile name
- Use video calls before hiring
- Never rely on badges alone

References (provided)
Nannies can list references on their profile. Contact referees directly and ask about childcare experience.
- Call at least two references
